Distribuidora Productos Mexicanos
We are a manufacturer and importer of Mexican products based in Pompano Beach, Florida. We make corn tortillas using the traditional nixtamal process, flour tortillas, and a wide range of Mexican products for restaurants, taquerias, stores, and distributors across South Florida.
Under our NixTortillas brand and in partnership with Taco Depot, we bring the homemade taste of Mexican tortillas to the businesses that trust us for their daily supply.
Our Process
Nixtamalization: the heart of our tortilla
We follow the traditional nixtamal process to achieve the flavor and texture of a true homemade Mexican tortilla.
1Cooking the corn
Corn is cooked and steeped in lime water, the ancestral nixtamalization method that brings out its natural flavor.
2Milling the masa
The nixtamalized corn is milled into fresh masa, the base of our corn tortillas.
3Freshly made tortillas
The masa becomes corn tortillas, blue corn tortillas, and flour tortillas, packed fresh for distribution.
